Online ESOP Training

This comprehensive, self-paced educational program includes five units on employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs) (it does not cover equity compensation):

3. ESOP Financial Issues
4. ESOP Governance
5. ESOP Plan Operations

You get access to all five units when you buy the program, but you can take one unit or multiple units in any order, and come back and take the same unit or another one any time you want while your login is active (see under "Terms of Use" below). Each unit has several topics, each consisting of an up-to-date recorded webinar followed by a scenario-based quiz to test you on what you learned and get you to think through the issues. Each quiz question includes a detailed explanation you can read after answering, so reading and understanding the explanations is itself part of the learning process. The program includes webinars and quizzes for 18 topics in all.

Terms of Use 

• Your purchase provides you with a single login, which is for a single person; two or more people cannot use this simultaneously under the same login.
• Access to the course will last until the end of the second calendar year after your purchase (e.g., if you buy this anytime during 2026, access will end on December 31, 2028).
